Short Take: Rim Light

Short Take: Rim Light

During my classes online, I’m asked by students over and over again, ‘show me how I can improve my paintings.’ Besides needing to get better at drawing, paint mixing and application, composition, and value control-- handling light is the most overlooked aspect of...

No, Not Mucha, the Other Guy: Henri Privat-Livemont

Riveting and beautiful. You guys have a ton of talent. I hope it takes you far. I want to see you doing full-length movies!!

I like this vision much more than the real live look of the big cities 😀 Great job!!!

The guy is interesting, still he've got some “machine” moves, but it's not that bad (sometimes his legs don't match with the rest of the body). Also lack of some details, like drawing a motorcycle thru grass, the machine should have much more vibrations and shaking. But I really like his hands and this blue, magical-technical stuff 😀

Basically, really good!!! Keep the great job!!!

well done. the beginning is good but the main plot and the design is lame though.

oh and the music sounds like out of star wars 😀

Looks nice. Seems more like a trailer for something larger though … was kind of waiting for the moment that makes this a solid, well-rounded short, but it didn't come.

It -is- a trailer for something larger. It's not so much a 'short' as it is a 'teaser'. Check out the site for more info.

No dialog and you never really see his face, and yet I'm already hooked. Definitely following the link to find out more. Nice work 😀
