Scholarship Deadline Reminder

Just a reminder that if you interested in winning free tuition to my upcoming Seattle workshop, applications must be submitted no later than this Friday, April 15th.

Daniel Chang, of Vintage Magic is looking to support the next generation of artists by sponsoring a scholarship for one lucky participant to attend Dan Dos Santos’ workshop this July 15-17 in Seattle! (Scholarship covers tuition only. Travel and other expenses are the responsibility of the applicant. Participant must be over 18 and experience in art is preferred.) To apply:

Send an email to tlcworkshops1@gmail.com with the subject line “TLCWorkshop/Vintage Magic Scholarship Application 2016“.

In the body of the email, please include:

1.) A written statement under 150 words describing what you hope to get out of a workshop with Dan, and how that will further your career/artistic goals.

2.) Attach 3 sample portfolio pieces (72 dpi jpgs, at least 700 pixels but no more than 2000 pixels on the longest side) and a link to your website if you have one (naming convention for your files: firstname-lastname-title.jpg).

Applicants will not be judged on who is the best artist, but who will be the best student.

Deadline for applications is: April 15, 2016. Winner will be notified by April 30, 2016.

    I could be wrong about this one, but it says the TLC workshops are all in the Seattle area.
