Here is a wonderful documentary which delves into the personal life of Andrew Wyeth. And although I’m a staunch believer that the art should stand apart from the artist, it’s wonderful gaining insight about the people who create the work you admire so much. In this BBC documentary, journalist Michael Palin visits Maine in search of the real life people and places that inspired Andrew’s work, including his most famous of muses, Helga.
