March 14, 2025 - I would say working in the arts, any arts really, carries a unique lesson in life in forcing us as the artists to wrestle with and engage actively with screwing up as a value. It's a true dynamic that's everywhere of course, but for us in art, and yes I am tooting our own horns here, we are engaged in a creative enterprise that not just requires we engage with failure, but that failure is an obvious and front-facing requisite of our growth as artists.
