Howdy Muddy Colors! This month we take you through my painting for Magic the Gathering’s, Kaalia of the Vast. You have about 8 min of narrated video to check out, so grab a drink, pop some corn and fire it up!

The painting is Acrylic Ink on Gesso Panel, using Nikko Nib Pens and Robert Simmons White Sable brushes.

And for a little extra reading, Donny Caltrider of ‘Hipsters of the Coast’ interviewed me about creating the art for 3 iconic MTG cards on their Double Masters set. Force of Will, Kaalia of the Vast and Chord of Calling.
