April 30, 2025 - Starting a year ago this month, I embarked on a Sketchbook Meditation and Exploration journey with a group of artists from around the world. This supportive community gathers regularly online to work in our sketchbooks, experiment with techniques and approaches, share ideas and experiences as well as converse about important issues that face artists. Throughout the year, we work in our sketchbooks and discuss topics such as battling the inner critic, handling creative block, working through anxiety and self-doubt and interrupting the patterns that bind.
