Fischer Paints- The Gibson Dragon SG

June 4, 2024 - The latest in my Rock and Roll fantasy series with Wentworth Gallery. As some of you know by now, I am obsessed with guitars. It started with playing them. Evolved into customizing them. And now I am painting portraits of them! The Gibson SG is often associated with bands like AC/DC and Black Sabbath. And as ever, I like to give the Rock and Roll art a Fantasy twist. After all Fantasy art influenced so many musicians and bands. So I guess I am evolving into a 'Rock and Roll Fantasy' artist! (Is that a thing?) lol! This one is Acrylic and oil on Panel. I start with a textural acrylic explosion, then shift into oilpaint for the refined stuff.   https://youtu.be/8FefnVhmMz0
