Most of the creatives I know are driven by a certain focus.

“Gotta hit that deadline.”
“I need to post this new piece I’ve been working on.”
“OK, so what’s next?!”

While thinking ahead is necessary to be successful, that kind of rumination if left unchecked, can lead to some pretty unhealthy results. (I’m talking about our friends up top: anxiety and depression.) So in light of all that, today, I bring you the wisdom of the Internet.
