We are incredibly pleased to finally announce the Winners of our 2018 IMC Scholarships Competition!

We received hundreds of submissions, and to be quite honest, the quality of work submitted was stunning. This made the decision to choose just a few winners incredibly difficult, and our jurors went through multiple rounds of deliberation. So much so that we decided to actually add a few extra awards because we just couldn’t decide. A jury of Muddy Colors contributors reviewed all the work, and carefully selected their favorites, tallied results, and then discussed all of the possible recipients.

We would like to stress that although some of the work was nothing short of incredible, our ideal winner was not necessarily the best artist. Rather, we were trying to select the best student. If you do not see your name listed below, please do not get discouraged. There were dozens of artists who missed out by just a single vote, and like all juried competitions, these selections are by no means a verdict of one’s abilities.

We are honored that so many of you took the time, and courage to submit your work.

Without further ado, our winners are…
